The idea of Bush Mits came from years of working on cattle stations out in the unforgiving elements of Outback, Australia. After moving from the UK the elements saw my hands battered, bruised and burnt after being exposed to the sun out in the wilderness. I craved something to protect my hands but also prevent those questionable tan lines that showed when wearing anything other than a long sleeve shirt.

Whilst biding the time waiting for the next load of concrete to arrive a conversation sparked the idea of Bush Mits and the much needed protection for our sore mits.

Bush Mits provides UPF 50 + protection and that needed extra comfort during long days in the saddle or on the bike, in the yards or running lick, a bit of gardening or plumbing in troughs, not forgetting a little bit of fishing with a hard earned cold beverage.
