Terms & Conditions for Shipping

Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Bush Mits may not be able to offer reimbursement for this package.

Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.

International Orders

Bush Mits does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

All our prices are in British Pound (GBP and Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.

International Customs Fees

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.

Please note: refunds are only offered for faulty products which will be carefully assessed at the discretion of Bush MIts. If you have ordered the wrong size or style you are eligible for a store credit or an exchange.Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with refunds or exchanges.

To start a return or exchange, please email bushmits@outlook.com We offer a 30 day period from your order date to return your unused item in its original packaging. You can choose from either a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs).

• Look after your Bushmits and they will look after you. 

• Bushmits are made from 85% polyester + 15% spandex on the top and microfibre leather + PVC reinforced patch on the palm.

• We highly recommend washing your Bushmits inside out on a gentle wash at < 30 degrees and air dry.

To choose the size of gloves more accurately, please measure your hand around the WIDEST portion of the palm not including the thumb.

• XS/Kids - 13- 17 cm
• Small - 17 - 19cm
• Medium - 19 - 21cm
• Large - 21 - 23cm
• Extra Large - 23 - 26cm

​If you prefer a snug fit we recommend going down a size, however with wear the material will adjust slightly. 

Please note: Refunds will not be issued due to ordering the wrong size.
